    Brief Bio

    Franz Schneider, is from Austria and in Instructor in German at the Austrian Program. He studied in the USA on a Fulbright Scholarship 1962/63 and then completed an MA at Vienna University in 1968. He studied at the Lomonossov University Moscow, Spring semester 1968 completing studies in linguistics (English, Russian) and History. He is involved in International activities in Human Rights issues as Chairman of the Austrian Section of Amnesty International. He frequently travels all over the world, participation in Human Rights conferences.
