The Commuter Student Association
Helping you feel at home
The Commuter Student Association (CSA) is committed to promoting the involvement and success of commuter students at Franciscan University. The CSA works to keep commuter students informed about campus events and opportunities, to promote a sense of belonging within the commuter community and to bridge the gap between resident and commuter students. As a recognized student organization, the CSA gives voice to commuter concerns, sponsors events on campus and gives local students a friendly place to relax and make some new friends.
Active on campus
CSA sponsors a host of events every semester, including parties, socials, the Cinco de Finals Taco Party, CSA's signature "Generic Commuter Socials," and video game nights.
Reaching out to those far from home
CSA members enjoy sharing tips and interesting facts about the local area with resident students. They are happy to share their knowledge of the local area to anyone who asks - they know the Ohio Valley.
The CSA meets every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Assisi Heights Community Center and all students are welcome to attend.
