STEUBENVILLE, OH—Father Andrew Apostoli, CFR, will offer practical wisdom on the corporal and spiritual works of mercy on Thursday, September 26, at Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Father Apostoli’s talk, “What to Do When Jesus Is Hungry,” will focus on how to serve and evangelize others through works of mercy, whether in downtown Steubenville or on international missions.
The talk will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the Tony and Nina Gentile Gallery in the J.C. Williams Center and is free and open to the public. The event is sponsored by Missions of Peace, a student outreach of Franciscan University that organizes domestic and international mission trips during semester breaks.
Father Apostoli is a cofounder of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal and a renowned retreat leader, speaker, and spiritual director. He is the author of many books, including Fatima for Today, and What to Do When Jesus Is Hungry: A Practical Guide to the Works of Mercy, both published by Ignatius Press.
