| Duties | Contact academically at-risk students to set up appointments. Inform all target students about the academic assistance services and other support services available at Franciscan University. Seek to identify the source of students' academic problems and refer them to the appropriate staff for skills training. Maintain individual records of all contacts with target individuals. |
| Qualifications | Must be approved by the MA Counseling Department to satisfy Internship I or II course in the Master of Arts Counseling Program. Excellent performance as a MA Counseling student. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to work both independently and as a member of a team. Able to use word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications to perform tasks. |
