DutiesProvide computer help desk assistance to University students, staff and faculty. Perform mid-level technical service with minimal instruction. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned.
QualificationsAt least one year experience as an effective and reliable Help Desk Technician or equivalent. Able to identify and resolve common computer and system issues such as compatibility conflicts, application operations, and hardware malfunctions. Able to solve network printing issues. Able to support users with two or more of the most commonly used computer applications.
