DutiesAct as a liaison between Christian Outreach and Food Service Director (Sodexho). Assist with traffic flow and overall operation of meals, socials, concessions and food and beverage breaks during the conferences. Coordinate delivery of meals for staff during high school youth conferences. Design and post conference schedules and hours of operation. Work with other student leads and Christian Outreach Staff to determine signage needs. Assist departmental staff and professional staff as assigned.
QualificationsLeadership abilities and supervisory experience required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required. Previous summer conference experience and food service background preferred. Familiarity with PC operations necessary. Ability to remain friendly and pleasant under pressure. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University.
