| Duties | Assist with on-campus housing for summer adult and youth conferences. Prepare residence hall for summer conference housing. Use housing software to perform data entry and generate reports. Communicate with customers on the phone and in person. Collaborate with other conference office and University staff to accomplish tasks. Provide on-site supervision of residence halls during summer conferences, including 24/7 on-call" availability. Overnight stay in housing facility required during conferences. | Qualifications | Able to pass security check administered by Franciscan University. Must be customer service oriented. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to perform tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures, to operate office equipment, to use word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and other computer applications to perform tasks, and to run errands around campus. Able to be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
