| Duties | Assist Intramural Coordinator with the following tasks: Supervise intramural games, referees and statisticians. Create weekly schedules. Evaluate referees and statisticians. Answer rule questions and resolve conflicts during games. Run clinics for each sport. Hire referees and statisticians. Run weekend tournaments. Maintain intramural equipment inventory. Performing various office tasks. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned. Must attend weekly LEAD meetings and staff meetings, as well as training meetings for referees and captains meetings. |
| Qualifications | At least one year experience as an Intramural Referee or Statistician. Mastery of rules for all four intramural team sports. Good conflict resolution skills. Able to pass CPR certification. Junior, Senior, or Graduate level student. Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Student employee must be able to communicate effectively with students and university staff. Must have excellent leadership and management skills. Must be mature, detail-oriented, motivated, responsible, and hard-working. Ability to use word-processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and other PC applications to accomplish assignments. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. |
