| Duties | Assist with the management of summer conference logistics. Assist in recruiting, training scheduling and supervising a staff of student employees who provide hospitality, greeting, setup and teardown services at summer conferences. Assist with control of conference logistics supplies and equipment. Work with All Events leads to coordinate staff needs in the Events office. Collaborate with other conference office and University staff to accomplish tasks. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Experience with conference or events logistics required. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to supervise a staff of student employees. Able to coordinate among other Events leads at the discretion of the Events Coordinator. Able to perform delegated tasks. Able to lift and move tables, chairs, and other conference equipment. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
