| Duties | Provide quality customer care to conference speakers and guests on the phone and in person. Assistant to Speaker Hospitality Lead. Assist departmental support and staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Customer service experience required. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to perform tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures, to operate office equipment, to use word processing, spreadsheet, email and other computer applications. Able to lift and move tables, chairs and other conference equipment. Able to run errands around campus. Able to be approved as a driver by the University required. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
