| Duties | Acts as an assistant to the FUS Certified Athletic Trainer (ACT). Responsibiities include attending mandatory training sessions and completing appropriate competency check offs in taping, wrapping, emergency response and basic athletic training concepts. Sports medicine assistants are also responsible for assistance with preparation for and medical coverage of home varsity athletic events and practices. Will undergo FA/CPR/AED training if not already certified. |
