| Duties | Perform secretarial and administrative duties for Missions of Peace. Assist with the Ministry Fair and Mission Orientation Night. Assist with the planning of the fall retreat, prayer services and Mission Immersion Day. Help coordinate weekly meetings. Assist with the formation of student leaders in Missions of Peace. Assist with advertisement and promotion. Help coordinate logistics for missions trips. Assists the Director of Student Outreach with other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Experience in domestic and/or international mission work preferable. Ability to lead and train university students. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Able to use computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and database software, to perform tasks. Must understand and live out the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville. |
