| Qualifications | Sophomore, junior or senior standing with a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA. Experience with The Troubadour or other student newspaper desired. Ability to train, motivate and supervise a student staff. Strong organizational and planning skills. Sound news judgment. Knowledge of page-layout software and AP style is beneficial. |
