| Duties | Collaborate with the Yearbook Editor and staff to design and create the Yearbook. Design templates and page layouts. Scan and assemble photos into pages. Work with photographers and office manager to obtain correct information on photographs. Prepare spreads to meet deadlines to be determined by Editor and the printer. Attend weekly staff meetings to assist with the planning and organization of the San Damiano Yearbook.Assist the professional photographers at the Fall and Spring Graduation Fairs, as needed. Carry out other delegated responsibilities and projects as part of the Yearbook staff. |
| Qualifications | Creativity and previous design experience. Experience with InDesign 2.0 on a Macintosh system is preferred. A sample of previous design work will be requested. Evidence of strong organizational and written communication skills. Able to work independently. |
