DutiesAssist in the recruitment, training, support and supervision of the student staff that provides registration services to over 10,000 conference guests. Coordinate mailings to conference participants, supervise Christian Outreach representatives and use conference software to perform data entry and generate reports. Communicate with customers on the phone and in person. Assist the Registration and Database Manager with the scheduling of Christian Outreach representatives. Collaborate with other Christian Outreach and University staff to accomplish tasks. Manage office in absence of the Registration and Database Manager. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned.
QualificationsAt least one semester experience working in the Christian Outreach office. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to perform tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures, to operate office equipment, to use word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and other computer applications to perform tasks, and to run errands around campus. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University.
