DutiesPerform all office secretarial duties, including filing, copying, answering telephones, checking the supply inventory, purchasing and requisitioning inventory. Maintaining the general operation of the fieldhouse Athletic Office, and performing personal assistant duties to the Athletic Director. Attending all staff meetings and weekly LEAD meetings. All other duties as assigned.
QualificationsPrevious experience in the Athletic Department office required. Junior, Senior or Graduate level student. Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Student employee must be abe to communicate effectively with student and university staff. Experience in collegiate athletics preferred but not necessary. Must have excellent leadership and management skills. Must be mature, detail-oriented, motivated, responsible, and hard working. Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and other PC applications to accomplish assignments. Must have excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
