| Duties | Supervise J.C. Williams Center, switchboard, and dispatch center. Answer and direct phone calls to the University switchboard. Greet and direct visitors to J.C. Williams Center. Monitor, record, and coordinate communication with Campus Security personnel. Provide backup assistance to the Student Building Assistant. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Graduate student or undergraduate student with equivalent life experience. At least one year experience as an effective Evening/Weekend Supervisor in the J.C. Williams Center. Familiarity with campus buildings, departments and personnel. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to remain calm and to think clearly in a stressful work environment and emergency situations. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures. |
