| Duties | Answer catechetical questions from students, parents and catechists via e-mail or phone. Assist with student advising by preparing and processing files. Aid in organizing Catechetical seminars. Administer Catechism exam (only those who have passed the exam). Assist with St. John Bosco Conference. Maintain records from St. John Bosco Conference in database. Update and maintain Catechetics website. Assist Catechetics professors with organizing class material and develop lesson aids such as Powerpoint presentations. Maintain Catechetics job board and library. Draft letters of correspondence. Purchase supplies for Office of Catechetics and file expense reports (only those with credit card approval). Other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications | MA Theology student specializing in catechetics. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures, to operate office equipment, to use word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and other computer applications to perform tasks, and to run errands around campus. |
