Please include the students ID number to ensure the package reaches the desired recipient. Do not include abbreviations, nicknames, middle names, or the student’s dorm name. The students’ name should be written as it is on official university documents.

Students who receive letter mail or packages on campus will receive an email notification from Slingshot Logistics and should come to the Campus Store with their student ID to retrieve them.

Faculty, staff, or departmental mail or packages that arrive on campus prior to 12 pm will be delivered the same day in the afternoon mail route. Those that arrive on campus after noon will be delivered in the afternoon the following day. For urgent deliveries employees are welcome to come to the Campus Store to pick up their items.

• We provide international rates and services for all countries that accept mail from the United States. We provide all the common domestic mail services such as certified, Priority Mail, return receipt, insured, and postal overnight. Ground and expedited shipping are available, and the Campus Store can help you shop for the best rates.
• Outbound mail or packages that are picked up on the campus mail route or that arrive at the Campus Store by 3:30pm will be picked up by the carrier the following day. Outbound mail or packages received on Saturday will be picked up by the carrier on Monday.

We are a UPS and Fedex drop off location. You may bring your package to the Mail Services counter for a next day pick up. Shipping labels should be preprinted and affixed to the package.
