POSITION SUMMARY
The Head Track and Field Coach and Associate Head Coach of Cross Country is responsible for the development, maintenance, and advancement of an effective and competitive NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country program consistent with the Franciscan University Athletic Department mission of forming disciples, developing leaders, and pursuing excellence. The recruitment and formation of quality student-athletes in this program is integral to the position. The Head Coach/Associate Head Coach is responsible for all aspects relating to the program to include the ongoing, holistic development of the student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment. The successful candidate will have a chance to transition over time into the position of Head Cross Country Coach, with oversight of both programs.
