Evangelization Minor Program Overview

Franciscan University of Steubenville is dedicated to its mission to educate, evangelize, and send out joyful disciples. The minor in Evangelization forms an important part of that mission by instructing students how to bring the Gospel into their workplaces and personal pursuits once they leave our Ohio campus.

Every student, regardless of major or program of study, will benefit from understanding how to share Catholic theology and disciple others in their day-to-day lives. Courses will examine best practices in evangelization, how to live out one’s faith in non-religious contexts, and how to engage others in fruitful conversations. Students undertaking the minor in Evangelization will be equipped to sanctify the world and the culture as lay people pursuing their individual vocations.
