POSITION SUMMARY
Franciscan University is seeking a Financial Aid Counselor who will assist new and current students and families in completing the financial aid process. This includes helping students with missing documents, assisting them in completing documents, and guiding their acceptance and understanding of their financial and and our payment options. The Financial Aid Counselor communicates required notifications, collects documents, and processes paperwork to award and disburse financial aid.
