The Registrar’s Office is here to maintain your academic records and assist as you move through your academic career at Franciscan University. We provide enrollment verifications, veterans information, and transcripts for future jobs and graduate school applications. We also handle class registration, transfer credits, and monitor degree progress and completion.

Spring 2021 Registration Dates and Information 

Online pre-registration at MyFranciscan for Spring 2021 begins on Monday, October 26, 2020.

  • Graduate Students and Seniors can register beginning Monday, October 26, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
  • Juniors can register beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
  • Sophomores can register beginning Monday, November 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
  • Freshmen can register beginning Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

Pre-registration closes at midnight on Friday, November 13, 2020 and reopens on Monday, October 23, 2020.

Transcript Request

How you order your transcript will depend on whether or not you have access to MyFranciscan.

Very Important Notes

  • All online orders are processed by the Office of the Registrar at Franciscan University. Please allow a few business days for processing.
  • Former students applying for a graduate program here at Franciscan University of Steubenville or who are applying for re-admittance to Franciscan do not need to request a Franciscan transcript
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.
  • Financial holds will prevent transcripts from being sent. If you think you may have a financial hold, please contact Student Accounts before placing an order.
  • The status of an order can be monitored online.

  1. Visit Transcripts from Parchment
  2. Create an account if you do not already have one.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your order.
Sign the FERPA Form Online

The FERPA Form is available in the “Registration” tab on MyFranciscan, accessible through AccessFUS. Follow the below steps to log into AccessFUS, find, and sign it.
