Cited for providing “education geared toward holistic health-oriented care” and “Christian values,” Franciscan University’s Nursing Program was ranked in the top 7 percent of all schools considered.
Established in 1980, the program’s graduates, approximately 50–60 students annually, have passed the NCLEX exam at a 92 percent rate over the past six years. Additionally, the program’s Nursing Simulation Laboratory incorporates the latest Laerdal human patient simulator technology.
