POSITION SUMMARY
The Head Coach of Women’s Flag Football is responsible for the development, maintenance, and advancement of an effective and competitive women’s flag football program consistent with the Franciscan University Athletic Department mission of forming disciples, developing leaders, and pursuing excellence. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects relating to the program to include the ongoing, holistic development of the student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment.
