POSITION SUMMARY
The Head Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and advancement of an effective and competitive NCAA DIII Women’s Swim Program consistent with the Franciscan University and the Athletic Department mission for forming disciples, developing leaders, and pursuing excellence. The recruitment and formation of quality student-athletes in the program is integral to the position. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects relating to the program to include the ongoing holistic development of the student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment.
