Schedule:Â Full Time – Monday-Friday – 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager and Administrative Coordinator for the School of Humanities and Social Sciences will provide project management and administrative support for the Academic School, including the Dean and Department Heads. Coordinate with the Office of Personal Vocation, Career Services, and the Alumni Office to manage internships, practicum, and job opportunities. Directly manage SWOP workers, direct Graduate Assistants, and provide oversight for those providing administrative support in daily operations. Use data analytics to help assess programs and courses within the School, provide support for the Institutional Review Board (IRB), accreditation projects, and associated committees and boards as they relate to the School. Plan academic conferences; coordinate theses if needed; serve on committees; act as a liaison with Admissions, Marketing & Communications, and other departments of the University.
