Hello! My name is Emily Cornett, and I am so grateful to be a part of Franciscan’s Admissions Team! I am from Milan, IN and grew up going to many Steubenville Conferences here on site. It was during those conferences that I got an in-depth look at the goodness of Franciscan and could easily imagine what my life could look like here as a student. During my 3 years of undergrad (I took a gap year after my freshman year), I was given many opportunities that formed me in ways I could never anticipate. I was fortunate enough to serve as a student lead for 3 different ministries, travel to Austria and its surrounding countries through our study abroad program and be a member of Daughters of Divine Mercy household. All these opportunities not only challenged me but also introduced me to my best friends – all of whom are a big reason as to why I recently moved back to the Steubenville area. Franciscan University greatly impacted my life, and I am excited to help you discover how it can impact yours as well.
