Hey there! My name is Grace Nava and I am so excited to be a part of this Admissions Team assisting you in your college discernment. I grew up in Canada, in a city bordering Detroit, Michigan. It was through attending the Steubenville Youth Conferences that I learned about Franciscan University, and my decision to be a student here did not fail me. I spent my time at Franciscan growing deeply in my spiritual, social, and academic life. Some of my favorite highlights include being a part of a household called Daughters of Zion, studying with amazing professors, playing violin and singing for Mass through music ministry, working as a Resident Assistant in St. Thomas More Hall, going to Austria, and meeting my husband! Almost every good thing that I now have has come from the formation that I received and the people that I met as a student here. I graduated in 2025 with my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and I loved Franciscan so much that I wanted to stay – I hope you love it here too!
