With over 30 years of management consulting experience, Rick possesses a relatively rare combination of strategic, entrepreneurial, leadership, coaching, technology, and training development and delivery skills that enables him to create practical purpose-driven tools for purpose-driven leaders and organizations.

As the Founder of the award-winning Newton Family of Companies, Rick provides the vision, leadership, and passion to direct, manage, and grow each company in service to Great Purpose.  As the Chief Purpose Officer, he ensures each Company is rooted in the principles of servant leadership and is relentlessly customer-focused and values-driven.

The Newton Family of Companies is made up of three companies: the Newton Institute, a developer of design, identity, and purpose tools; Aspirant, a management consulting firm; and Newton Talent, a recruiting firm.

Rick spends most of his time and energy within the Newton Institute, where he and a team of practitioners develop training, tools, and solutions that help leaders create flourishing teams that enable purpose-driven organizations reach full potential. The Newton Institute enables Rick to integrate his faith with over 30 years of consulting experience. At the Newton Institute, he practically applies what he and other thought leaders have learned to help individuals, leaders, and organizations identify their God-given design and fulfill their God-given purpose.
