My name is Vanessa Edwards, and I was born and raised in sunny Santa Barbara, California. Shortly after converting to the Catholic faith, I packed up my life and moved to Steubenville to finish up my undergraduate career. I graduated from Franciscan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Multimedia. Over the last few years, Franciscan has truly become my home away from home. I received not only an academically excellent education here, but a spiritually excellent education as well. At Franciscan, you will be challenged in more ways than just through academics. Without my numerous formative experiences here at Franciscan, I would not be the person I am today. I am so overjoyed to be giving back to the place that has given so much to me!
